The sky-high pink satin heels, comprising rose gold chains, 22 carats of diamonds, 134 carats of rubellites and 199 carats of pink sapphires
Zanotti has also made a pair of matching rose gold, pink sapphire and diamond hoop earrings. Both items will be auctioned at amfAR's Cinema Against AIDS gala
